Massage Therapy
I offer a combination of Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue, which I use depending on your needs and goals.
While Swedish Massage strokes are longer, softer and targeted for relaxation, Deep Tissue technique is more detailed and targeting deeper layers of tissue. It is not necessarily the pressure that defines the Deep Tissue technique, but how detailed you work.
Pre-Natal Massage is available for clients 12+ weeks pregnant.

Massage therapy and therapeutic grade essential oils by Young Living® are combined in this package. Oils are applied from your sacrum to your neck along the spine, as well as on your feet. The aroma of the oils stimulates the mind and relaxes the body, supporting a deep level of wunderbar.

Raindrop Technique® is a service developed by the Young Living® founder Gary Young. This technique combines aromatherapy and massage using pure, high grade essential oils, which are applied along the spine and the bottom of the feet to create a deeply relaxing and balancing experience.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique using source energy. In each session I will be channeling life force or source energy to support your own healing abilities — helping you relax, restore and find peace.
